Certificate Storage
Did you know that we store certificates online for you* so you can access them whenever you like?
You can see a list of all your team and the date they qualified.
Dont forget; they need to requalify in 3 years time!
*only available to block booking customers.
Accessing your certificates.
Your certificates will be available 2 weeks after training, probably sooner in most cases!
If you don’t already have a login, please e-mail jaclyn@splattraining.co.uk. to get your invite to the portal.
Where to find your certificates
1. Click ‘Certificate Portal’ above.
2. Log in using your e-mail and password (this is sent by email, check your spam)
3. Once inside the portal select the ‘Organisations Tab’ and then your ‘Organisation Name’.
4. Here you should see a link to your ‘Certificate Folder’. Follow this link to find downloadable copies of your team’s First Aid Certificates.
You can view, download and print these whenever you like.

5. If you want to see dates your staff trained with us, just scroll down to the bottom the ‘Organisations Tab’
