If you are in any way unsatisfied with the service you receive at Splat Training we want to know. We do our best to ensure everybody has equal access to our services and that they are delivered with the highest quality.
If we have not hit the mark for you please get in touch. You can do this via any channel you wish but for us the best way is by email to our director amy@splattraining.co.uk
Amy will contact you to discuss the issue further. If you do not wish to be contacted please say so on your email. We will still do our best to rectify the problem for future customers.
Where possible and if appropriate, measures will be taken to rectify the complaint or compensate you appropriately. If necessary the complaint will be escalated to higher authority.

For first aid training courses you can go through Qualsafe Awards at info@qualsafe.org who will convey any complaints to us at Splat.
